There will be a formal application and interview process to fill these roles but participation in this will be limited to the students participating in the course.
The specific roles available for graduates will depend on a number of factors, including (but not limited to):
Demand from EFC for roles and responsibilities at the time of recruitment
The capability of students demonstrated across the course
The interest / preferences of students to be involved in various departments across EFC
Relationships built between student and EFC staff across the duration of the course
Mid-year graduating students will have the opportunity to apply for the Graduate positions at the end of the calendar year.
