About THE EEA

Essendon Education Academy offers a unique one-year, full-time Dual Diploma of Business, Leadership and Management, delivered at the NEC Hangar, home of the Essendon Football Club. Combining sport, business and leadership, the program includes industry placements, practical learning opportunities, and pathways to further study.

Students benefit from 100 hours of industry experience across Essendon Football Club and its partner network, with two graduate roles offered annually at the Club. Those interested in football can also participate in the Football Development Program, designed by EFC legend Dustin Fletcher, which develops both on-field skills and leadership capabilities.
