PLACEMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Alongside placement experiences, we encourage students to engage in Work Integrated Learning (WIL) opportunities throughout the program. These experiences allow students to apply their knowledge in practical settings while developing key capabilities such as professionalism, communication, problem-solving, and adaptability in real-world environments.
Students are also encouraged to explore and propose placement opportunities beyond those traditionally offered through the program. Whether within another area of the organisation or with an external partner, our team will work closely with each student to assess and facilitate suitable opportunities wherever possible.

The social committee is another opportunity for students to implement their leadership skills in a collaborative way, working as a team to schedule, design and implement social events for the cohort. Students who choose to participate in this program will contribute to their total placement hours across the year through Social Committee meetings and events hosted by their team.
