Develop your on-field game within EEA’s Football Development Program.
The Football Development Program is open for all students to participate in regardless of prior football experience or skill level. The Football Development Program equips students with a holistic on-field and off-field development opportunity within a high-performance environment.
Coached by club and AFL legend, Dustin Fletcher, all sessions are delivered at the NEC Hangar outside of structured class delivery. The key features of the Football Development Program include;
Craft and skills development,

The EEA are extremely lucky to have Essendon FC legend Dustin Fletcher run our Football Development Program.
‘Fletch’ played for Essendon FC from 1193-2015, where he played 400 games of AFL. During his career, he created an extremely decorated portfolio, with some of his highlights being 2× AFL premiership player (1993 and 2000), AFL Hall of Famer, 2× All-Australian team (2000 and 2007), Crichton Medalist (2000).
AFL Career aside, Dustin Fletcher is passionate about supporting young people and providing an inclusive enviroment where EEA students of all skill levels feel confident to have a kick and learn more about the game.
Away from the EEA, ‘Fletch’ also coaches junior tennis and is a local around the EDFL Talent League.
